This is definitely a poker book for the beginner. I did like the historical data on the beginning ofTexas Holdem. Also there is good information on basic strategies.However the feeling I got from reading the early pages lead me to believe I was about to read a poker digest that was going to take me to the next level of play. I am already a very accomplished cash player and wanted to start playing in tournaments to prepare for the WSOP 2019.
The author provides clear, basic information on how to play and when to fold, but there are errors on the graphics for hand rankings that could confuse a new player…
